We designed a frictionless, end-to-end consent capture and management system that integrates directly into Atlog’s AI calling workflow.

Key elements of the solution:

  • Explicit, unambiguous TCPA consent capture across customer touchpoints

  • Phone number verification to ensure consent authenticity

  • Immutable consent event logs with full metadata

  • Real-time CRM consent state updates

  • Automated safeguards so AI calls only trigger when consent_state = valid
